Super fast shipping and nothing was damaged. Desk is very solid and easy to put together by yourself. Built in LED lighting is awesome and don't need a desk lamp.

I ordered an item, and when it didn't ship in the time I needed it to I contacted them to cancel the order (which still hadn't been processed). Four days later, this still isn't cancelled, the payment was collected, and the item shipped. They assured me twice so far in this time period that they would cancel and didn't. Newegg is not much more help either, but they aren't the seller. I repeat, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel completely lied to because in the description the keyboard is said to have MECHANICAL BROWN SWITCHES, and the one I received is actually a low quality membrane-style keyboard. I have filed a ticket and will be looking into products more carefully as this seller has had no positive reviews as of this point. Customer service gave me a short and unhelpful response. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!

First it took three weeks to receive my product. And then when I finally did get it The product arrived broken off its stand so it could not be mounted anywhere. At first i thought screw it ill tape it up and use it at this point. NOPE it doesn’t even work on any apps (discord, skype). Absolutely the worst product i have bought from newegg to date. Im assuming the return process will be just as bad as well. 0/10 stars.

I ordered a keyboard and mouse and it has never shown up . It has been stuck in Illinois for the past week. Their customer service is unresponsive and they won’t issue a refund. Don’t order from them.

WE ordered a gamer's keyboard and mouse through Newegg several weeks ago. We received shipping notices and following on tracking but it has never arrived. They are very difficult to contact and offer no help.
