Just Got the Runaround (for a damaged product)

These guys just jerked me around. Sent me what appeared to be a damaged motherboard and never answered my questions. See a record of our conversation below before I broke it off in frustration. I'll be making my purchases in America so as not to wait three weeks for a damaged product and get two weeks of runaround. <ME> 09/24/21 06:48 PM Good Day, I have recently received the motherboard I ordered. I have a couple concerns and questions before I install it. The box appears to be crushed during delivery. There appears to be burns spots on the board and nearby component. There appears to be rust on various parts. Should I install the board since it came from a crushed box and has rusted parts? Is the apparent burn on the board something that should be addressed? I do not have the technical gear or training to test computer equipment. I saw what appeared to be physical damage to the motherboard. I took pictures and sent them to you and asked for your feedback. I heard nothing back for a week. I still haven't heard from you whether the things I took a picture of are a problem or not. It didn't make sense to put a motherboard into my computer and risk my CPU, graphics card, memory, and RAM just to test a motherboard that looked physically damaged. took way too long to arrive

I payed extra for shipping and did not notice it says it shipped from China, so that was my fault. It took 15 days for the package to be picked up and another 3 days to be shipped out. I do not know how much longer it will take to be delivered.

they should have known the board was bad i saw the capacitors in the CPU socket that were burned..... I know it was a used board but the seller should test them first
