Item not new as described, return process was good

The item was not new as I expected. The seal was broken and covered with new counterfeit ones. I returned it and the customer service was good. They went out of their way to PayPal me the return shipping cost.

Tablet came with non US plug.

I live in the US. I was shipped an item with a European plug. In spite of the seller advertising a return policy, the customer service link says it is non-returnable when I tried to email the seller. It wouldn't allow me to send any message with the email seller button. I can't use a tablet I can't recharge. Tablet is useless to me. I spent money for nothing of value.

Wrong (non-US) plug. When the tablet was not delivered the reseller was of no help.

I had two issues with this order. First the package was delivered to the wrong address. All I knew was FedEx said it was delivered but it wasn't at my house. I contacted Noble Planet who basically said "Sorry, we can't help." I had to track the package down. Second, the tablet was a non-US version. The charging plug is not a US plug. Good thing I have some extras.

First time buying in newegg after years of buying from ncix, bamazon, bebay, etc. Wont buy again. Item is marked new but sent me open and damaged box items with damage on the item itself. Bought two, i was sent two open boxes and then only got a partial refund for one.

Probably the longest I’ve ever waited for something. They may have delivered on time to “el-cheapo deluxe UPS super saver have the post office deliver to the home service.” Over 10 days wait in 2018 is unacceptable. Even the tracking number was not recognized by google. No complaints about the product.

Was a bargain of a deal. Both two for gift and they loved it! Been over a month and haven't had any problems at all, totally recommend this product. Only issue was deletting all chinese apps and wiggets but other than that, works great!

Very difficult to get to pair, and this does not look like a new item. I ordered the new ones, noting they were selling refurbished as well, and made sure to get two new ones. The lables are worn on the headsets from use (not just discolored, worn). This is not a new product in my book.

Price and delivery were good, however, the Bluetooth earpiece would not fit into my ear, so I had to return it. First, I called Newegg.com and was then directed to contact seller for the return. I tried calling 3 times and had to leave a message, sent one e-mail and on the fourth try, I was finally able to reach someone to authorize the return. The agent that I finally spoke to was very pleasant and authorized the return, I just do not have the time to make 4 phone calls to get a return taken care of.
