Returns & Warranty:
Items purchased from Notebook Avenue are backed by our 30 Day Return Policy & 90 Day Limited Warranty*. Returns will only be permitted at our discretion within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that there may be a restocking fee up to 15% of your order total regardless of the reason for returning the item(s).
*Notebook Avenue Warranty only covers hardware issues or defects occurred upon arrival or during normal use of product(s). Any parts that are deemed DOA, must be reported within the first week of receipt. Wear and tear issues occurred under extraordinary conditions or climate are not covered by this warranty. Batteries that come with our laptops are not covered by our warranty and we do not make any guarantees about battery life. The warranty does not cover any software issues, including but not limited to the operating system or any other software installed or added to the computer(s) after it was shipped by us. Product repair and/or replacement of parts due to misuse, accidental damage, abuse, electrical power surges, and unauthorized repair, will VOID the warranty by Notebook Avenue and we will not be held responsible for any warranty claims.
Some refurbished or used computers may have an active warranty by the original manufacturer. Any item that is advertised as having manufacturer warranty must be handled by the manufacturer, meaning the seller is not responsible for any issues and our warranty is considered void.
