Seller used the wrong address & wrong name

Unprofessional seller. Here is why: - Seller use the wrong name. He used another of his previous customer's name. That causes the delivery man trouble of finding me. - Seller use the wrong address, and then he also forget to put the apartment number on the package. There is no way to getting this package have not the delivery man tried to find me through the apartment management during their office hour. - There is no tracking information about the shipping company or package tracking number. It still says TBA on the item at this day. After reading other peoples review. It should be obvious enough that you steer away from this seller and buy your stuff from a different seller. The risk of not getting your items and also not getting your refund is too dam high. Update: Oh no, this is going from really bad to legally concerning now. So for the past, my item tracking got an update and it said it is delivered, but when I looked into the tracking info. It is an package intended for a different customer at a different location. Basically this seller used a different customer's delivery status to fill in my delivery status... h*ly sh**t.

Arrived with the wrong name on envelope.

It took about a week to arrive, which is fine. The address on the envelope correct, but the name was wrong. The Newegg app said it hadn't been delivered yet so I wasn't even sure that it was my package. I eventually opened it, but it was an odd experience.

I ordered some RAM, it took nearly three weeks for it to arrive, and there were zero shipping updates. After contacting the seller multiple times, the only updates I received were "you will receive the package in two days". Unreliable, and you would have better luck with a different seller.

Sent my items to the other side of the country then tried to blame a warehouse. Asked for a refund, because I had already bought replacement parts, and they told me they would refund me. But now 2 full weeks later I get the parts I ordered but no refund.

- I recommend using sellers who ship UPS or FedEx, not USPS - Seller used a different address than every other item ordered at the same checkout on Newegg - Item was delivered to "a mailbox" in my town but has yet to be seen - Seller did not put full address when shipping item as tracking number doesn't show street or street address
