At Price Right Computer., the health and well being of our associates, customers and communities is our top priority.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending product returns, with the following exceptions:
• DOA -Any defective or malfunctioning units can be returned within 90 days of receipt, provided that all original accessories are returned, and that the return shipment is properly packaged in original packaging you received the product in. All returns require our approval first if we cannot solve the issue over the phone or with our technical support.
Price Right Computer. is not responsible for any damage resulting from tampering with computer or monitor components. Breaking the Security Tag Seal and-or swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty.
Why are you not taking my return?
One of our core values is safety. Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our stores, we are declining all returns (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers and associates.
Why was this not posted sooner?
We continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation and make decisions that allow us to operate clean, open and stocked stores to serve our customers and support our associates. Out of an abundance of caution, we made the decision to temporarily suspend returns to protect the safety of our associates and customers.
What is the time frame when you will start taking returns?
We will continue to closely monitor guidance from state and local agencies and adjust our policies accordingly.
What are the customer’s benefits for us not accepting returns?
Customers can feel a sense of safety when purchasing products off our store. All products customers purchase off our shelves have not left the store.
All computers and monitors are guaranteed working upon purchase, and are covered by our 90-day warranty. 1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
