I cancelled my order 5 minutes after placing it because my wife found it on another site much cheaper. I attempted to get a price match since I love newegg and didn't want to go through another vendor. According to the newegg rep, marketplace sellers don't price match. ok, thir loss, or so i thought. The seller refused to cancel my order stating that it was already processed and ready to ship. in 5 minutes? I call (since newegg won't let me use offensive language like the short form of cow droppings everyone knows and loves, I'll use) "unethical purposely false response" on that. Then they shipped it 2 days later via fedex. Why did it take 2 days to ship if it was processed and ready to ship in 5 minutes. more proof of unethical purposely false response. When it was not delivered when they said it was, I contacted them and they told me to contact the post office. That doesn't make sense for a fedex package? Then they supposedly "sent me a claim form" which I never received. The link was removed in the email i did receive. I find it weird that it removed that link but not the fedex tracking link. I call unethical purposely false response again. Then they said they asked me for my email to send it directly to me, which they never asked for. Then they again said they sent it, which how could they if they never asked for it to begin with? unethical purposely false response again. This all happened over about 15 emails each way. This seller has been causing a hassle from the start, i suspect on purpose to strong arm me into giving up and keeping the product and allow them to keep my money. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank to reverse the charges and filed a claim directly with newegg in order to rate the seller (I couldn't use the link in my order history because the order had been canceled by newegg initially). no one should ever buy from this seller that repeatedly used unethical purposely false responses.

YMMV. I received the headset , paired it with the phone and there was a strange sound that everyone I called can hear during the call. I unpaired the headset, reset the device and tried again and still the same. I am still stuck in the returns loop with this vendor because all troubleshooting explained above requires maybe 15 minutes to perform. There is no number to call and the only way to reach marketplace vendors is through email, where you get a case number and they walk you through all the troubleshooting options that I had already done above. Its a strange experience to deal with in the world of excellent experience from competing companies named after the largest forest in the world. I guess I learnt my lesson in trying to save $5 on the product price by ordering from Newegg as I have spent way more money in terms of my time at this point and the headset is still not returned !

Seller's return policy not as listed on site, they attempted to get me to open the package and demanding photos of the item before shipping it back. They also mentioned they don't offer full-refunds for opened items after asking for this. None of this is listed on their seller page, it seems manipulative to not giving back full-refunds for poor products. I told them I did not want to engage outside of newegg's internal messaging system and they refused to give me a return label unless I did (due to newegg not allowing attachments in its messaging system.) I eventually relented and contacting them with email. I'm not expecting a full-refund as it seems very shady to not list requirements for that on their seller page, and only in email communication for unused products. I've sent the item back after weeks of back and forth waiting for them to send me a label and am now waiting for a refund. This has been a overloaded and annoying process and is making me rethink ordering things off newegg in the future as a substitute for other big-brand retailers.

I have attempted to contact this seller with 4 emails that I never got delivery of this item and requested a new item or refund. 7 emails later and still no resolution. They have asked me to knock on all my neighbors' doors and go to the post office to find the item. basically, this has ruined my purchases from Newegg.

Have not received the speaker yet. The tracking indicates that it hasn't even shipped yet, and I ordered it two weeks ago. It was supposed to have shipped within five to seven days. I cannot answer if the item was as described as I haven't received it yet.
