Warranty Terms & Conditions
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. All Laptop and Desktop windows devices include a free 1-year hardware warranty.
What is covered:
We cover hardware issues that occur within the first year from the date of purchase.
Hardware modifications:
Any issues caused by adding or modifying hardware are not covered. Hardware modifications may also void the remaining warranty.
Accidental damage:
Damage caused by liquids, drops, impacts, or other accidents is not covered under the warranty.
Laptop batteries:
Laptop batteries are guaranteed to be working and capable of holding at least 1 hour of battery life for the first 90 days.
Warranty repairs:
If your computer needs to be returned to our facility for warranty repair, our customer service team will help set up the claim and provide instructions for sending it back.
We will work to have your computer repaired and shipped back within 5 business days.
