Product and Replacement defective

We purchased a laptop from this seller, and said device did not work unless plugged in at all times. We returned it to the seller, and received a replacement laptop with the EXACT same problem. The seller has not fixed this, nor are they willing to provide something as simple as a box to ship the replacement back to them in. We do not recommend purchasing from this seller ever, look elsewhere for your electronic needs.

Battery wouldnt hold a charge

The laptop looked to be in good condition judging from the outside. No scratches no dings. I was pleasantly surprised. I plugged it in and left it to charge all day but as soon as I turned it on it would shut down 5 seconds later. The battery wouldnt hold a charge. I packed it up and back it went

This item was messed up from the beginning as soon as I plugged it in. Laptop yoga 260. Mouse jumped all over , windows popping up I couldn’t keep shut it was a total mess. Hopefully I’ll get my refund soon.

The Yoga is in good shape and I love how compact, flexible and light it is. The transaction took some days, as I order it during a weekend, but once the transaction took place, it arrived within 3 days from Coast to Coast.

Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 260 MISSING stylus (No resolution from Rinuvo)

Overall, I received my order of the Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 260 from Rinuvo is a timely manner. Unfortunately, the stylus pen was missing. The pictures of the Lenovo PC posted by Rinuvo includes a stylus and there was no information in the description/specification section that stated "some units are listed without the stylus pen." After reaching out to Rinuvo, the seller stated "We do apologize, some units are listed without the stylus pen." Unfortunately, no other resolution has been provided. Otherwise, the Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 260 was as described and worked as expected (giving 2 stars as opposed to 1). Unfortunately, I bought this PC specifically because of it's stylus capability (similar to Microsoft Surface PC). Without any resolution to the MISSING stylus, I will be returning this item to the seller Rinuvo as a dissatisfied customer.

Got a Bad Power cable... but!!!!

I was excited to receive the laptop I ordered and was prepairing it for a friend who is not a computer savvy guy and partialy through set up I noticed the cable was not charging the unit I reached out to Newegg who contacted the seller who also reached out to me and said a new one was on its way! Happy with the service with both Newegg and the seller!! woohoo! Thanks!

Failed PC and failed customer service

I bought this computer as a Christmas gift. It was pre loaded with windows 10 as described but within an hour after setting it up on Christmas morning the HD failed. I contacted the seller and because it was purchased over 30 days prior there was zero help or exchange allowed. So I took it to a repair company, bought a new HD and I was informed that Windows 10 is not compatible with this computer after they were unable to load anything but Windows 7. So now I’m stuck with a boat anchor. Don’t buy this computer and don’t go past 30 days if you need help with this company.

cooling fan issue

I tilted the notebook computer to the side...and the cooling fan began to make noise loudly. I initiated a return to Newegg...needed to print a return label...took the computer and its original packing to a Michaels store location where they sealed the box with tape, and they sent it for return shipping. I received my refund within five to ten business days. I recommend this seller.

Please don't share very much information "PLEASE". The unwanted phone calls are a concern Like loan debt consolidation, auto insurance and calls where there's no one on the other end of the phone. The computer was listed as refurbished but had clearly not been even wiped down. I've been busy and havent had time to contact them, the computer functions ok but the battery life is super short. As expected there is quite a bit of case damage which I would not mind at all had it appeared the computer had ever been looked at between the original customer and shipping to me.

Ordered two laptops listing states "Battery Life: Battery is the original battery and tested to hold a charge." both laptops received will not hold a charge. one even has "BAD" written in marker on it. Contacted seller and they said "The listing states the batteries are not guaranteed with these units" which is a lie. it actually states they are tested and hold a charge. I will never buy from this seller again.

this laptop worked perfect right out of the box. I was a little unhappy that the bezel is cracked across the top right corner, it doesn't have any negative impact on the screen. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase.

Would not recommend this seller. I thought I was buying new, but it was refurbished. I thought it had a webcam, but it didn't. I called to return, but after many emails to Newegg and Rinuvo, I was told that return postage would not be paid and I would need to pay for the return myself. I have returned it to "Lap Top of the Line" , as required and am waiting for my computer refund. So, verdict is pending.

I bought this computer for my son on a Cyber Monday sale, it was delivered on time, however it was not as advertised, a "Gaming" computer. When I ran a benchmark on the laptop, it got a whopping, 2. The video card was not as advertised and they offered to fix or replace, I sent the laptop back and the replacement arrived today. There is a rattle in laptop, something has broken or come loose and upon starting, the laptop kept switching to airplane mode, I did eventually get it to stop. When I ran a benchmark on the replacement laptop it scored a 4, twice as good as the other but still a terrible score. I feel like they totally took advantage of the Cyber Monday crowd and I will never purchase from them again or suggest them to friends. Very disappointed in what I thought was a good company.
