Very Disappointed

I would give 5 negative eggs if I could. I ordered this item on December 30, 2020, at the same time I ordered everything else to build a PC. All other parts are sitting here waiting and the memory hasn't even left the warehouse. They finally printed a label for it on the 5th when all other parts arrived, but it is still waiting for FedEx to pick it up. I had to use this particular memory because it works with the ASRock B450 PRO4 motherboard. This leads to several questions. Why do I have to buy this item from an outside company, TELeasy? Why doesn't NewEgg stock memory that works with the motherboard and have a note in the motherboard's information recommending it? Why do I have to enter a new code every time I try to check the status of my order? It is very disappointing to sit here with all but one of the parts needed to build my computer. If I had ordered it from elsewhere, I would be using the computer by now.

Like many recent customers, Teleasy charged me for a shipping label for a product that they did not have in stock. They claim the product that was "lost in transit" (Fedex never received the package). However, I'll give them some credit: they were quick to reply to my inquiry and offer a refund. I was given a full refund without any additional prodding.

I ordered a processor on 12/5 which showed as in stock as a Christmas present. On 12/10, my card was charged and I got a shipping label created notification, but the item never shipped. On 12/22 I requested a refund. On 12/23 I was told that the seller was investigating with their warehouse. On 12/28 I filed a claim. On 12/29 I received notification of an RMA and refund in process. Many others have had the same experience according to their reviews. I would not buy from this seller again.

No contact from either Newegg or TELeasy. I didn't even know that Newegg was using a third party seller until I contacted customer service to inquire about the lack of shipping updates. Was told by Newegg to give them 5 - 10 days to work it out; hey folks there's a reason I ordered this on December 5th... kind of a little holiday at the end of December.... Was told by Newegg that I could file a claim, but the instructions in the email directions are incorrect (no 'file a claim' link on either website). I admit I'm disappointed that Newegg - and whatever fly-by-night organization 'TELeasy' is - didn't update the status of this order before Christmas week. I also recognize the customer service is dead. No help to try and solve this for me. Merely, "you can file a claim", and "please give them 1 - 2 days to work it out". Consider me a customer lost for good, but again I realize that any large corporation really doesn't mind losing a customer.

This seller sold me a videocard that was listed as in stock. Then several weeks later when i sent a message asking where my package was they said they didnt have any in stock. But they had already taken my money. I was able to get a full refund but thwy shouldn't have charged my account nor listed the item as in stock if they didn't actually have it.

I would recommend the seller. I ordered an item that was in high demand and limited availability. The item was lost in transit. When I raised an issue with the seller, the seller responded promptly and solved as best they were able.

I never got my item. I had waited 2 and a half weeks before calling and it turned out that I had gotten damaged when they first sent it and had none left in stock. They never told me this so I was just sitting there waiting trying to be patient. I wish they would have communicated that with me instead of leaving me in the dark. I was told I was getting a refund cause they didn’t know when it would be in stock again but I am yet to receive that refund or anything trial saying the refund has been or is being processed. Not a very good experience over all with this ordeal.

Poor performing seller and unacceptable follow up / ownership by Newegg. After a week of waiting for the shipping status to be updated, I called twice and they finally just said they couldn’t find the shipment and that the items was out of stock. Had to call back twice to get the refund issued. Poor ownership of the issue by Newegg. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered this processor and this seller created a shipping label and never sent it. After a week of just a label being created I asked for an update. They stated the item was with the carrier even though it clearly showed it was never picked up. They asked for me to give 24hrs for it to update, I emailed 3 days later and they said the carrier lost the item (was never made available to the carrier) and they didn't have anymore in stock but I count wait for them to get some but they didn't know when or if they would. I requested a refund and now this has become a big headache. This is their M.O. loon up other reviews of this seller and judge for yourself.

I ordered this part on 11/27/20 and was tracking the shipment and there was no change in shipping tracking for 2 weeks. It ended up them losing my package during the shipment process. This is not the first time this has happened either. They did not contact me about this, I had to call them to see what happened.

They never had the product, just took payment and made a shipping label. After a week I started trying to contact them and after a few days I contacted paypal for a refund. They finally responded with a non-sense story about it getting lost in shipping and being out of stock now. Still waiting on the refund to go through.
