Avoid. I have reached out via email and phone a half a dozen times with no response. Item was returned 10 days ago and still no refund. I have video proof that item was returned in good order without opening and they still have not removed the restocking fee. Very disappointing..

The Microsoft Studio 2 that I purchased from TechBlink was certainly a fully refurbished model. It came in the original packaging, a sturdy outer box, and all items were in perfect condition. So why only 3 stars? Well, the keyboard was a French Canadian keyboard. I've never seen one, but soon found that the added keys and completely different layout was utterly usable. For example standard keystrokes like the question mark were moved to Shift 6, and there were too many extra keys. I found that I could not touch type on this keyboard and form basic sentences. After three official requests through Newegg's contact the seller page went unanswered for a full week, I ordered my own replacement keyboard. I really didn't expect a new computer, and I asked if a small refund was something they would consider. Nothing. This echoes other reviews, so I wasn't surprised. So, if you do order something from TechBlink you can expect an almost perfect product, with maybe some unusable parts and no communication. I paid for the item, and I paid for my own replacement keyboard from another seller. I'm still happy, but I wonder what would happen if something was really wrong. Would I be completely on my own? I'll let you decide for yourself. Happy shopping.

Package delivered on time, but item was not well packed in shipping box and was moving all around. When opening shipping box it was evident that the manufacturer seals had already been broken suggesting that the item was not new. Upon inspection all appeared to be in order and functional so no issue in the end, but clearly a returned or repackaged item. Would buy from seller again because of all the positives, but would suggest better packaging next time.

I ordered a refurbished Xbox and website stated that delivery could be delayed a week but I placed the order at 10 pm and received the package within 36hours and the Xbox looked and worked like brand new! Will definitely be ordering from this place again!!

I paid for a return label before it showed up, and instantly sent it back when it did. this was more than a week ago, and I am still getting charged from quadpay. Quadpay is horrible, there is no way to contact them. I have emailed them 4 times and have not gotten a response. Worst time of the year to not be able to get refunded after I did my part in a very timely manner. You guys should think about using Klarna..at least they have a customer service team that responds. For all I know even if you guys refund me they will still take money from my card, and I am scared to delete my card information because then they will just destroy my credit.

Defective and Sketchy on the Return

I bought an iPhone 7 (unlocked) from TechBlink. When it arrived it would not work when everything was transferred from my iPhone 6. Two days of working with Verizon, and a new Simcard later, it still would not work and I was advised to return the phone. TechBlink had the phone in their possession for one week, and I has not heard anything from them (followed the tracking info). I emailed them. Nothing. I went through NewEgg to have them beat on TechBlink to respond to me. It still took another day for them to respond with a cryptic message. I finally had to have NewEgg verify that my refund was being processed. I would not recommend dealing with this company. They are dodgy, sketchy, and unprofessional.
