Not Factory Unlocked - T-Mobile splash screen

This phone was unlocked, but the legitimacy of the claim factory unlocked is questionable. Phone packaging was open and phone initially booted to T-Mobile splash screen. I did get it to work with Verizon. After about 30 days, the motherboard failed. I contacted the manufacturer (Samsung) and they indicated it was a T-mobile phone. I shipped it back to the manufacturer and they repaired it and sent it back with the same IMEI, but sent it back carrier-locked to T-Mobile. I contacted T-Mobile and they said it was ineligible for unlocking. All of this suggests this seller is using a sketchy third party unlocking service to unlock T-mobile phones, as opposed to actual factory unlocked phones. Now I have a useless T-Mobile phone under three months old.

I had purchased a Samsung galaxy s9 unlocked from this seller. The phone turned out to be an international version of the phone which wasn't completely compatible with my needs. Mistakes happen to the best of us. After contacting customer support they were super helpful and guided me through the correct course of action. The info was corrected for future purchasers. I was very pleased with their very quick responsiveness and eagerness to get my issue resolved. All in all, they were very friendly and I trust them for any future purchases.

Wrong phone model delivered

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S9+ model SM-G965F as advertised. Received SM-G965-U. Received RMA shipping label. Returned the item. Then the seller contacts me with, "do not return the phone as you are 100% incorrect. These phones are FACTORY UNLOCKED. They will work with ANY GSM sim anywhere in the World. They are therefore 100% identical to the F series because they were factory unlocked. Do not waste time and money returning a perfect product. It will work all over the World and is exactly as it is stated to be." The argument is not relevant. I ordered a specific model. The sellers assumptions are not relevant as my use case is my concern. Theirs is to deliver what they advertised. I want and ordered model SM-G965F, as was advertised but not delivered. Make it right, Techsaurus.

Wrong item sent to me twice now.

I returned the item because it was not the model I ordered. The same wrong item has been sent to me again! This is VERY frustrating. I specifically ordered the advertised Samsung Note 9 N960F/DS. I feel that the seller is trying to pass off the U.S. Model, AT&T phone as if I wouldn't know the difference. I explained this mistake to newegg, in detail, the first time and feel that there should be more attention paid to this. Again, this is twice now that the seller has sent me the wrong item. This is the WORST company I've EVER had to deal with. The phone I bought was supposed to be brand new. 3 days after using it, it just crashed. It was fully charged when I removed it from the charger and an hour later, it turned off. It wouldn't turn back on. I tried multiple different chargers and still nothing. No lights would turn on at all. Contacted customer service that their item is defective and that I would like a replacement phone. This is the first email I get back from them "The phone has a warranty so as long as you didn’t damage it, and trust me, we will know if you did, you can send it back with a note explaining the issue and requesting warranty service." Well good for you Sherlock Holmes, I'm glad that you'll "know" if I did anything. Well guess what simpleton? I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! So rude to assume that I did something to the phone. I just used it!!! So I asked where I could send it to since the simpleton didn't provide a place to send it to. He told me where to send it, so I sent it the next day. And get this, a full week later after my claim was filed, they printed a return label for me. A little too late for that guys. Shows how important returns are to you if you wait a FULL WEEK before even printing the dumb return shipping label. That should've been printed the day of!! So they get the phone and it apparently charges for them in 1.5 hours. I'm a little upset that it did work for them, but that's not why this company sucks. The email they sent was this "You never tried another AC charger or plugging into a USB charge port to charge it?" Ughh, this INFURIATED me!!!! Of course I tried a different charger you simpleton!!!! I tried MULTIPLE different chargers. I even when to 3 stores to have them try charging it and still nothing!! So yet another assumption from the simpleton. So I had them ship the phone back to me. In one email I asked if the phone was shipped, they said yes. The next day I asked for the tracking number since it wasn't given to me. A full TWO days later I still haven't heard anything and so I emailed them again asking for the shipping info. They finally gave it to me. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR THE SHIPPING INFO!!! You give that after you ship it simpletons!! I even had to ask TWICE before they gave it to me!! This company is SOOOOO infuriating!!!!! DO NOT waste your time or money buying from this company. I would NEVER buy from them again. And a little side note, the day I'm writing this (8 days after getting my phone back) the phone crashed again. No lights when charging. Tried multiple different chargers and nothing. So instead of trying to get this fixed through this horrible company, I'm just going to take my losses and buy another phone from a different company. NEVER BUY FROM THIS RUDE, ASSUMING, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slow to return, slow to deliver

I ordered a phone on a Sunday before Christmas at around 9pm. I called and emailed to cancel the order the next morning before 9am and was told it is not possible. They told me that it has been "shipped" already and I can only return it after I receive it. It is already 1/10/21 9pm and I still haven't received the phone. I do not know what else I can do. I received slow service and I haven't even received the product yet.

Ordered a Samsung refurb. Exactly as advertised and within the upper limits of condition rating. Device took forever to get here. Not delivered on time at all, but that just because USPS had so much trouble this year. Customer service was prompt, supportive and candid in their responses and assistance trying to get this thing delivered. I hope they consider shipping UPS in the future.

We purchased a brand new Samsung S9+ G965U1, or so we thought. The model we received was supposed to be unlocked, however, it was in fact not. It was a USED G965U tied to TMobile. When support was contacted, they said it was the correct phone. In order to resolve this, we are shipping it back to us, but they are asking us to pay for shipping. This seems absurd since it was NOT what we ordered. Why should we be penalized. I will make sure not to ever buy from them again. They have ruined my son's Christmas.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was listed as an unlocked ATT phone,,N960UZBAATT. The phone I received was the N960U. Once I had opened it, there was no returning it! I am happy with the phone although it was not what I expected.

Unfortunately, the phone was not new as advertised. Sim card tray missing, the S-pen had a Chinese sticker on it, and the speaker grate and the S-pen holder section was packed with dust. I am returning the product. Disappointed to see the seller did not advertise this as a used product.

I ordered 2 boxes of masks but the seller only shipped one. After waiting an appropriate amount of time to see if the other box would arrive,I contacted the seller. The seller was responsive to my email and told me that they were currently out of the masks and they would ship the other box when more stock arrived or they could issue a refund. Since the time frame was not short they issued a prompt refund.

Product was different than pictures.

The product is different than the picture. There are Asian letters all over the front faces which are not in the pictures. Their genuinity is questionable.

The product is EXACTLY as pictured. They KN95 masks are made in china sir. Of course they have Chinese writing on them. That's where they come from. Please research what you are buying before buying it so you can avoid leaving wrongful feedback. Thank you
