I received a Dead on Arrival video card.

I tried to contact the seller twice via email and received no response. The video card had a label on the back of the card that said "Bad, No Display". The seller sent a defective DoA video card. I expected the refurbished card to be tested and working upon arrival.

I was skeptical about the condition because the price was so low. But, when it came in, is was near mint. I tested every port and everything checked out. It took longer than expected for the order to be processed and the communication between I and the sales person was sub par. But other than that, great buy.

Sold as new but previously owned

I tried to purchase a Smartnet contract for this device but was informed it's already under contract and owned by another company not named Teksavers Marketplace. I cannot download software revisions or receive tech support because it isn't registered to my company. I was issued an RMA, TekSavers received the return 6/1/2016, today is 6/7/2016, I haven't been credited the purchase amount yet.
