I ordered a massage chair on 12/10 and still haven’t received it(1/8). YES, IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH and I still don’t have the chair. They also do not respond to my email asking bout my order. Hope people reading this prepare for long delivery time(a month!!) Avoid ordering from this company. I am frustrated. This was a Christmas gift.

I brought the massage chair in Nov 26, right now is Dec 18, it still shows not ship yet! And I try to contact the seller, no email response. And the Newegg’s customer service tell me she could not do anything, because they are the third party seller. Right now I do not know what to do! I want to enjoy my massage chair at Christmas, but it looks like not possible

The massage is not a 3D massage as being described

I choose Titan Osaki Pro Optimus 3D because you will have an option to tune your massage to soft to deep hard massage. The Optimus 3D massage only have a deep hard massage. In the middle of massaging you will lift your body because the massage will automatic change to deep while your settings are soft massage chair. I almost have crack in my spinal cord. I contact the seller because i said this is not a 3D massage that they are advertising. I want to return the massage chair but seller charging me 15% restocking fee. If you don’t want a hard massage don’t buy this. Even if you want hard massage the roller are too strong that you need to carry your body. You can’t flat your back because you will be injured. This is not a relaxing massage chair. Don’t be fooled with the cheaper prize. It is cheap because the quality of the massage are bad. The seller don’t care about the safety of the customer.

Shipping was as expected. My door was too small for the massage chair in the box to go through. The delivery person notified me about this and said we would have to take the box apart and move the chair inside. Note: the chair is VERY heavy. After the delivery person left the box outside, we had to ask our neighbors to help carry the chair in. The chair's material is nice and able to change languages and have speakers for music. Con: if you are a small person, there are some massage points that will not reach you. For example, the shoulder areas will not be massaged because I am too short. The chair fits better for taller people. Also, the power switch is in the bottom back so make sure you have access to that. When the chair is in zero gravity mode, make sure you have enough space for it. The chair took up a big portion of my room. It was way heavier and bigger than I expected. Overall, the massage is ok, it hurts the first few times.

Great massage chair

Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase except shipping company they used for this delivery. It was heading to someone else's home in a different city on the delivery day. They had incorrect information which I had to spending hours on a phone with their dispatcher. At the end, I was able to get the chair the next day at 9am, and again no phone call before delivery and delivery windows they given was 10am to 2pm.

Big Ticket Item / Did very well

Big Ticket items are usually a pain without a white glove delivery. When I bought it on sale, I was unable to purchase any white glove delivery, so I expected this to be a PITA. Surprisingly it was easier than I expected! While the delivery company could use some improvement. (First person to call pretty much gave me a window of 7-5 and wanted an answer of half an hour advance call notice or an hour over answering my questions.) I did call back and talk to someone else who sounded like a character from Monsters Inc. but got transferred to someone who was very kind and helpful. Let me know the driver had x deliveries before me and would probably be dropping my chair off around 2. I certainly put more thought into this than was necessary! They had a lift gate so it came off the truck very nicely and the pallet it was strapped on was one of the better blue ones. Pushed it a wee bit to get the dolly under it and my sister who came to help insisted it was fine as she rolled it right to my back door. If you take the chair out of the box, it would probably go through a single door just fine. I have a double door so I just opened the two of them. Unpacking was a bit interesting. I kept the cardboard separate from the foam. I ended up keeping this huge air packing bag that looked just like a pillow! Couldn't bring myself to pop it and recycle it. Yet. The chair is a bit heavy, but I didn't have far to go with it once getting it out of the box. The trash was heavy! Probably half of what the chair weights! Best news, it was all together already! No screwing the foot rest to the chair, or plugging in wires other than the power cord! So in the end, I'm glad I didn't have the option of a white glove delivery! Saved me that expense! It was a bit of work unboxing it and my sister didn't seem to think it was difficult rolling it through the yard to the back door! I reckon it would have been a different story if we had stairs to deal with or bad weather. My experience was rather nice! The chair itself on the other hand will have it's own review! This is the seller review, not the manufacturer!

The only complain that I have is the delivery company refused to bring the package into my house. They dropped the massage chair in my garage. Not a huge deal, just a little more lifting for me and my wife, and a pizza I had to buy for 2 friends. Shrug...

Great massage chair!

I LOVE this massage chair. It has a wake up setting for in the morning and a relax setting for relaxing just before going to sleep. There are 6 preset settings, and I enjoy them all. I also love the kneading with the air manual setting together. I’m always so excited to sit and relax in my new chair. It really massages your neck well...if you want a great chair for a great price....this is it!

Delivery was difficult

The delivery company that delivered the item was rude and basically just dumped the chair in the garage when the expectation was that they would bring the package into the house.

Dao, Thank you for the feedback. However, we're sad to see the one-star rating, even though it was just a miscommunication. On the product page when you bought the chair, one of the bullet points say "Curbside Delivery". This actually means that they call you to schedule delivery, and they meet you at the curb. It was nice of them to put it in the garage for you. The delivery company was probably rude because of your misunderstanding, as they're only paid to deliver the package at the curb, and anything else is extra. The delivery that you got was free, and that's what this means. Nowhere on our product page does it say that this chair will be delivered inside the house, as this is an extra $250 fee that can only be done if you ask us for it. We hope that you're enjoying the chair, as we know that the poor rating had nothing to do with the item itself. If you need anything else from us, just let me know and I'll be happy to help.
