I did my research on this TV so I knew it would be good, The TV boxed showed up inside another box which was nice, overall great experience considering the delivery guy almost gave my TV to someone else, and it required a signature but never signed for anything...?

Emailed the seller about a portion of my order I did not receive. WOW got a phone call back within a half hour explaining why. It was coming from a different warehouse and he gave me the information and followed up with the tracking info. 2 days later I received my item. Very satisfied....

My TV got damaged during shipping and Walt’s TV worked with me extensively to help get a replacement sent out. Walt’s TV’s Employees are wonderfully polite, and extremely helpful. I got the feeling that they are genuinely dedicated to providing their customers with great products. Please consider buying from them. You won’t be disappointed.

The Samsung 55" TV I bought is great. Excellent picture and features. The shipping was excellent as well. I had a little concern how it would come packaged but was pleasantly surprised at how well it was packed when it came.

So I bought a TV from them. It came in and I started to set it up. Upon getting it set up I noticed the One connect port was bent, however, I was still able to plug it in and get the set up complete. That's when stuff went south. The TV was defective. I contacted customer support and things went well. I requested that I wanted a replacement however at the end of the day that was to much to ask. They refunded my money and stated that it was carrier damage. I am a bit upset because I had to go out and get a tv after even though I wanted a replacement but that's minimal. I feel like this is a shady business because the box the TV came in was not damaged. The TV was not damaged but the PORT was damaged... That's not the carriers fault. It feels like a cop out and they just want to blame someone else and instead of fixing the problem, they just refund and move on. That is why I wont buy from this company again. 2 stars because the original costumer support lady was helpful and actually seemed like she cared. **Edit** I was contacted by the seller explaining that it was not their fault that the TV was damaged and that they had no way of knowing the HDMI port would not work. Mind you my TV was defective yes but above you can clearly see that it was the ONE PORT. This port does control HDMI's but it controls everything including the power, HDMI's, digital audio etc. They then told me how can we fix their rating... I pondered about this for a good while and came on to drop them to 1 star. Reasoning is I clearly stated that I wanted this TV. In fact I will be buying this TV here shortly from another seller, I have never been so disgusted with a seller on newegg as much as this one. Not only did I state that it came defective, but I said that the problem was with the One connect port. At this time the company has stated they read my correspondence. Obviously they did not and is more worried about this review than actually fixing the issue I had at the time. I am dropping this to 1 star in hopes people read this before choosing this seller and getting stiffed like I did.

ordered q8fn 82" tv. Walts had the best price around by 500$, arrived perfect condition, quick three day delivery from AZ -> IN. Awesome product.
