The sealed manufacturer box will be opened to installations of upgrading if a customization is selected when the order is placed. All systems will be professionally inspected and sealed in their original manufacturer box prior to shipping. The upgrading do not void the warranty from original manufacturer.
XM Electronics provides FREE Two-day shipping service for all products that are ordered from eastern coast customers.
Please be aware that XM Electronics only ships to 48 contiguous States. XM Electronics does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. XM Electronics does not accept any PO Box addresses.
Return Policy
XM Electronics reserves the rights to refuse, inspect, and test all returns. Items returned as damaged, defective, or "dead on arrival" item(s) are subject to warranty claims. Those Items which are returned to XM Electronics due to buyer's reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee Plus Shipping charges initially paid by XM Electronics. Additional charges may apply if the returned item(s) are under (but not limit to) the following conditions: the customer in any way misrepresents the condition of the item(s), the item(s) are damaged due to customer misuse or tampering, missing parts, the item(s) is determined to be in an unsellable condition due to a customer's actions.
