For all returns, please contact the team at email@example.com with any questions on how to process your return. Be sure to include your order number in the email.
If the item you purchased has a manufacturer malfunction (i.e. item does not power on) or was damaged during shipping, you’ll have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return the item at no cost to you. Simply contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. If the item is found to be in perfect working condition a restocking fee may apply. Your refund will be credited upon receipt and inspection of the product.
For returns over the 30-day period, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.
All items must be sent back with a shipment tracking service and if the item is over $250 insurance is required. Please note that buyoo Customer Support must be contacted via the marketplace, email or phone prior to sending your return.
All other returns
In all other cases you’ll have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a refund for any reason. In order to do so, we must receive the item in new condition – original box and all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Shipping costs will be deducted from the expected refund. Returns over the 30-day period cannot be processed.
Please note, media items such as books, CDs, DVDs, films, video games etc. are not eligible for refund or exchange if their packaging has been removed or books have been marked. If items are not received in new condition a restocking fee may be applied and deducted from the refund.
All items must be sent back with a shipment tracking service and if the item is over $250 insurance is required. Our customer service representatives will provide you additional guidance as needed.
It happens to all of us, we place an order by mistake. We understand that sometimes, we order too many, the wrong item, wrong color, etc. We want to make the cancellation process as easy as possible.
Orders cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, can generally be cancelled hassle free. Cancel your order through the marketplace to submit your request and the team will process your cancellation and the marketplace will provide you a confirmation of it.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may not be eligible for cancellation. The order will be processed and shipped. When the order arrives to your home or office, simply reject the shipment. The courier will send the order back and your refund will be processed. We always use shipment-tracking services so you know exactly when you can expect the order and the origin to assure that you reject the correct order.
For us to provide you a reliable and trustworthy service we must limit the places that we can deliver your products. Take note that we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Freight lots
- APO/FPO addresses
- Non-US addresses (international shipping coming soon)
Generally, offices are better addresses since someone is always there to receive the order. Keep all of this in mind as you fill out shipment details.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
