This seller apparently didn't bother to put the item in the mail. 3 weeks after I placed the order, the tracking information still states the post office is waiting for the item. I've requested a refund.

This seller advertised one model of iPhone but sent a different kind. They said it was new, but it sure appeared to be refurbished. The main evidence was the model number on the back of the phone did not match the display in settings. Plus the protective cover had dust air bubbles as if someone had opened it before. Because of this it did not work on the cell phone carrier stated in the description. The reason they got 2 stars the return proces (while slow) was relativly painless. I should have read more reviews about this seller. Buyer BEWARE.

When you sell as new, its expected to be in a sealed box. This wasn't even in a box. It was the mouse wrapped in bubble wrap in an aftermarket box. There's no excuse for this. The mouse works, but who knows for how long. There was a used option as well, I wonder what that was like: the shipping label stuck to the mouse and dropped in the mail? Weak. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

I received a defective product, the first thing I had problems with, right out of the box, was the camera, I contacted customer service and all I got was a link to an article I had already read, then the screen started just randomly going off and I had to restart several times before it worked again! All of this was within 2 days of having the computer! Then I realized that the microphone didn't work at all. I again contacted customer service and filed a claim through the Newegg website, I didn't hear again from anyone. It's now been over 1 month since I bought the computer, I just returned it and so I haven't received my refund yet! I wasted so much time, money and energy! Very disappointing, will never buy from them again!

Received the incorrect Macbook Pro which was older, worst condition and lesser quality of one paid for. Notification of seller quickly but took awhile for them to replay. Offered to make right with a discount and refund. Details of refund was a fraction of the fair price. Currently, returning Macbook Pro through Newegg. Too much trouble and I question the sellers ethics so I will not make another purchase with them. Order with caution.

Ordered the refurb unit and it supposedly got lost by USPS but the tracking number showed it never shipped. Looked to me like they did not actually have it in stock but it was still on the website. I had to do a refund and by a miracle it was found and returned? The refund process was quick. Dealing with another issue on an order. Not sure I will ever buy anything again.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this seller. They literally had an tracking number with no update for almost 2 week's. Once contacted they repeatedly said it shipped but couldn't provide a date. I'm currently still waiting for my product.

Promised delivery in 2-8 days - completely FALSE. The seller created a Shipping label right away but didn’t actually ship. Filed a claim to get a refund - next day seller finally mailed item - took 15 days. Numerous emails to get status were answered with nonsense and lies. I still don’t have the item. Pretty sure it is going back if it ever shows up. hopefully before the RMA expires. More hassles... Seller likely has no inventory and is buying after you order from cheap source and charging you higher prices. The business model is deceptive. If I wanted to wait 30 days for the item I could have ordered from China myself for 1/3 the price.
