Good dual smart outlets. Works as advertised with Apple HomeKit, Alexa via Echo device. Only issue for me was the 8 days it took from order to delivery using the free shipping option.

Great product with easy to follow instructions

Installed this switch with no issue at all. Instructions were very easy to follow and included wire labels were very helpful. The apple HomeKit found the device right way. Been using it for over a week with no issues. Looking to buying more switches from Meross.

First time to use smart plug to link with my iPhone. No need connect with my Alexa! Only iPhone Home app can direct control plug by “Hey Siri “. So cool! So easy! Now I only place all order by Siri, no need speak to Alexa speaker. Because Alexa can not move with me, iPhone can!

Item never received. Outdoor WiFi duplex switch

Item never received. Contacted seller, I had only one reply and that was now two days ago which said "would look into warehouse and see what we can do". NO further communication from MEROSS. The order is now over 10 days old and no item. Seller has yet to explain, has not reversed charge to CC either. Unless seller comes through, I would be forced to never deal with these people again, obviously. This is NOT a product rating and I have NO IDEA if merchandise "was as described" having never received it. A prior order of 4 items from these people was successful maybe 6 months ago, but alas, this one was not... I'm not happy being left to dangle: no product, no refund, no word what-so-ever. That is not how to "stay in business" .........

The instant I clicked on my order, I realized that my old address was still in the system. Newegg was not able to help on this one because it was an outside vendor, but they were able to get the order stopped and shipped to my correct address. Great customer service from all involved in this!
