We do our best to insure a timely delivery of all items. Items ordered before 3:00 PM EST during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) will be shipped on that day via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Items shipped after the cut out time will go out the next business day (or Saturdays during the holiday season).
We hand package each order and do our best to protect the items in the order. However at some times items can be damaged or delayed in transit by the carrier or be delayed by natural causes (i.e. weather) or by failed payments or incomplete shipping information. In these circumstances we do our best to rectify the situations and work with the customer.
