I emailed Sister go many times but they never got back to me. I had to file a claim on them because they they didn't want send me the masks I ordered which was stated "Not the cheap masks sold by Chinese sellers" but were in fact the cheap masks nor did they want to offer me a refund. Also, I ordered 60 masks from them but only received 40 masks. Another thing is, that since I opened two of the packages and found they were NOT the masks I ordered, they said that the masks weren't refundable. How was I to know that they weren't the masks I ordered unless I opened the packages? I'm waiting on a 2nd claim to see if I can get a refund for the 20 masks that I was refunded because they were opened. I'm sorry to say about this seller, its a "buyer beware, purchase at your own risk" warning that I feel that I have to say.

I ordered the KN95 "not the Chinese cheap ones" masks. I received the cheap thin ones instead. The better ones are thicker and their holes are smaller than the cheaper ones. I contacted Sister Go and haven't heard back from them yet. I'm also waiting for the extra 20 masks I ordered but still haven't received.

We like these masks because they fit snugly enough to keep eyeglasses from fogging. We wish information was given for the manufacturer's U.S. approval rating.

Item never shipped 2 weeks after ordering!

Seller flags the item as shipping as soon as they receive the order but never actually ship it. Since status says "shipped" I couldn't cancel the order. When you go to track the order, status is label created, but not actually shipped. As far as I'm concerned, this is fraud!
