I would definitely recommend products from Think Green PC. Although I had a minor issue with a laptop I ordered, the company took ownership of the issue and resolved the issue efficiently. I will definitely look to purchase future products from Think Green PC.

The computer was packed inside of bubble wrap and that was surrounded by packing foam! It came out of the packaging, I plugged it in and made all the connections a VIOLA! It works great and is way faster than my old computer!

Refurbished desktop computer came well packaged, with official Windows 10 refurb sticker, and was all set to go. Also, pretty sure I ordered an Optiplex 7020, but received a newer 9020 model with the same specs, a pleasant surprise.

This is an excellent value. Condition was good, comestically it was what you would expect for a refurb. Looks fine. Works great. Had the rear fan give an error of not running. Rebooted and it worked. Bought a new fan knowing that it will probably go soon. Not an issue. Used business model machine and fans get dirty and fail. Windows 10 Home version was installed. Booted up and checked bios, booted into windows, everything worked, connected by wire to internet, everything worked. Rebooted into usb stick with manjaro linux, wiped the drive and installed manjaro. Works great. Like I said a good value and the unit was as described.
