Seller should have communicated that these case fans were shipping from China.

I was surprised that these two case fans had to ship from China. As it was I ordered these as extras on hand but I'm sure others could have ordered fans for immediate use. Next time I will just order from Newegg directly or seek a local store.

I have been buying from Newegg for years. I have accidentally bought two products from other vendors on the Newegg site. Both transactions were botched. The fan in this order never arrived.

After 3 weeks waiting, I contacted the seller for a full refund which I got. I also noticed that the item was no longer offered by Newegg. I will definitely try not to buy anything else shipping out of China, they sure take the money quick but can't give any tracking info.

Be careful with the prongs. That's my only advice. They're fragile, but as soon as I plugged them in, turned the computer on and pushed the on button on the remote they worked perfectly! I have left the computer on a couple of nights just to fall asleep to the slow strobe setting. Can't wait for QuakeCon!

Ordered this on 11-14-16 here we are on 12-7-16 and still no joy.... the computer build is done all except the case lighting.... Put in a help request to Newegg and still nothing.... 8-12 Business days have passed.... tracking still shows it sitting in China awaiting packaging..... Next time I'll just make my own... it'll be faster.

The item shipped from this seller arrived several weeks after the hard drive I ordered it with. I requested the item not be shipped directly to seller when I saw my hard drive had arrived and this item hadn't yet shipped but was projected at 10 days to arrival. I received an unintelligible message from the seller apparently telling me it can't be returned.

I was sent the same order three times due to a malfunction of the NewEgg app. I emailed this seller multiple times explaining that I needed to return two of the orders and the only response I got was an auto-response that stated that the order had already shipped and there was nothing he could do.
