Called customer service and told them that this Ram is not compatible with my PC but they transferred me to a third party and they made it very difficult to return the item. Didn’t know Newegg is buying stuff from other sellers. Ended up buying the right one online. Never again from Newegg

Seller held on to the item for 4 days, before they shipped it, now item is still not here more than a week later. It's not USPS fault, this seller is horrible, stay away! Would rate lower if I could!

When ordering product, nowhere on the ordering process did it say the product was coming from China and would take 2 1/2 weeks. This is the second time NewEgg steered me in the wrong direction. Last time I order from Newegg. First time order was from a third party vendor and they send me the wrong product, making it difficult to get a refund.

It's been 2 weeks, still no estimated delivery date. If I knew it was getting boat shipped from China I never would've ordered from you. This is ridiculous.

Ordered a quantity of 2 in order for me to get 4 sticks of RAM. Received the sticks a day early. Put the sticks into my buddy's old computer and only one stick seems to work although it's kind of finicky because he gets BSOD Stop Code errors here and there. Contacted seller to talk about the sticks. Have not received any messages back regarding the faulty sticks. Thought I'd go ahead and put one star because of faulty sticks and no response to my message.

I ordered what was said to be a 4 GB dual channel kit of DDR2 800. I received two individual modules rather than a dual channel kit, and the label on the modules said they were 2 GB Modules of DDR2 800, but when I installed them, they turned out to be 1 GB modules of DDR2 667.

I hate buying from these shyster foreigners. I wish Newegg go back to the way they used to be, selling just their own stuff rather than giving these foreign thieves the venue to rip people off. I've been buying from Newegg since 2004, and I'm getting a little sick of this.

Comments: No idea WHAT is going on here. Yes I got memory, looks generic. I cant test because the MB I purchased was out of stock and I wasn't told for several days when I complained. Now I found that this is a free for all with no one responsible? in charge? WARNING ! ! ! Try else ware. I will NEVER buy from these people again! BTW, it appears that the email that I paid to is China. i feel this is also false advertising.

they give wrong tracking info, they said ask USPS , which it was was UPS , then sent a replacement with wrong tracking , and they say it was the first ship= FACEPALM

I have been with NE for over 10 years - never had issues before these Newbes!

My order sat at point of origin for almost 6 days while i struggled to get in contact with this seller..had to go thru new egg for help...finally, they did respond and were courteous and offered a 3.00 refund for my troubles...All well and good, but i spent a hell of alot more than 3.00 of my time to get this issue resolved..50% off would have been more like it for the hassle i went thru. memory arrived well packed, as described and worked fine but as i said in title , good memory with a very bad buying experience..cant recommend this seller unless u are prepared to wait along time for ur order and go thru alot of hoops to get it from point a to point b.. For me, the savings on the price of the memory was Not worth the hassle in buying it.

Did a search for US sellers as I did not have time to wait, this seller came up and I ordered from them. Afterward I noticed it was shipped from China, the Newegg search function for US sellers does not work. I've used Newegg for many years without any issues at all but this is completely unacceptable!

Seller did in fact promptly deliver an item in goid condition which turned out to be nit what I needed through no fault if theirs. The problems arose trying to return it. Even though I stated clearly in the first email that there was nothing wring with the items but I could not use them they responded asking if I wanted to return just part of the order. After agreeing to accept the return the instructions were to mail it to them then email them the tracking number which they would monitor and issue my refund on receipt if the item. Several days after tracking showed the item delivered I inquired abiut my refund and they apologized for the delay and would be issuing the refund promptly which did not hapoen. After several more days pass I contact them again asking about my refund and get told we're sorry for the delay but our financial dept is in vacation and,she will be back in a few days which I assume meant their financial staff was 1 person. Several more days oass abd newegg emails me an invoice implying my refund has been made but still no money. Several more days and I finally get an email stating my refund has been issued but will take 3 to 5 days to process. Admittedly in only took 2 but this has been the most frustrating return process wher I actually got a refund ever.

item was not as described, meaning I thought I was buying Crucial RAM and Kingston was shipped. Contacted them and they offered me $3 off to keep the Kingston or ship the RAM back on their dime which was right thing to do. I kept the RAM because it worked fine but I would not buy from TopMemory again.

I would not recommend this seller or the product. The memory sticks were put in a plastic mailer and dropped in the mail. Not a box. Not even a piece of cardboard in the mailer. I bought four sticks of memory, two were bad. When I asked for a refund they kept trying to cram two more sticks of memory down my throat. I finally got a refund. Can’t tell if it’s low quality surplus memory or I had a 50% failure rate due to poor product handling by the seller. I wasn’t happy with the run around and having to repeat myself again and again on how I wanted the problem resolved. It was like dealing with a shady used car salesman. Find high quality memory elsewhere or just upgrade the machine. Oh and add on top of that the memory isn’t as fast as they claim it too be.

I asked to return the item on NewEgg. The seller ignored me so I had to call NewEgg customer service. The seller then answered. I needed to pay shipping and a restocking fee of 10 percent for an unopened small envelope.
