Buyers should read the reviews and carefully decide if they want to buy from this marketplace seller. The seller did not ship the product advertised, in fact they shipped nothing at all, ever. Then they tried to submit an RMA on my behalf (without letting me know) for less than the amount I paid. The seller did not respond to my email to them. Newegg customer service was awesome for sorting this out and getting me my full refund. But my money was tied up for almost 45 days until the refund happened. I will personally avoid this marketplace seller in the future.

I attempted to order a graphics card ONE time. I only submitted the order once and got a confirmation email and I went on with the rest of my day. And then I get another email stating that my order was cancelled. I checked my account and THE CHARGED ME 3 TIMES FOR THE ITEM. It took a REALLY long time to get in contact with customer service about the issue. When I finally did, the person I spoke with pretty much told me "well....there's nothing we can do. The item you ordered is no longer in stock". He didn't even TRY to investigate the 3 separate charges I had from them. I ended up having to call my bank and dispute the charges.

I'd been using newegg for years for my computer needs. But this one experience made me lose trust in the company. I will never purchase from them again. I'm too upset about the situation itself because I understand that mistakes happen, especially when handling business remotely over the internet. BUT I am extremely upset at how my situation was handled. I spend hours trying to speak to representatives just for them to speak to me for a few minutes and not even try to figure out how or why I was charged multiple times or if I would be refunded since my item wasn't in stock. There was no investigation done and I did not receive any type of explanation on how or why that happened. He just nonchalantly blew it off as if it wasn't his job to see what happened with my order.

Item was not listed with the correct tracking number so i had no clue when i was receiving my item. i waited a week and a half before ordering one from a different seller and they arrived on the same day within 30 mins of one and other except the other one didn't take 2 weeks and a couple days to arrive.

I purchased a 650 watt psu after around 4 days the item still wasn't sent so I requested a refund. After requesting I was informed that the item I purchased was no longer in stock. Around a week later I was supposed to get a refund for an item that they took payment for after informing me that the item wasn't in stock. After contacting new egg customer service three times I was finally given a refund.

I see now this listing is out of stock. Ordered 12 days ago, no notification of inventory issue. Shipping label created 7 days ago, no movement. Emailed shipper, no response. Requested refund, will see if anyone responds to that.

Do not buy from this seller. My product is stuck at the post office, supposedly. It has been 3 weeks. I was going to give as a gift, but the event is long past now. New Egg staff is helping me to get my refund. I haven't received the product, and yet my 30 day window to return keeps ticking away!

Seller waited 2 weeks to tell me they didn't have the item and canceled my order. 5/8/2020 8:47:18 AM
I waited about a week and a half before contacting seller to see when they would be shipping the item. They told me due to COVID they couldn't give me an estimate on when they would ship the item but it would be ASAP. Less than a week later they e-mailed me to tell me that they were out of stock and that they would be refunding my money.

The icing on the cake was that I got an e-mail from New Egg with a shipping label to return the items I never received and that were never shipped. I contacted New Egg and got that hashed out but it was just more of my time wasted. Don't bother with this seller they don't respect your time.
