Although the tracking information says a label has been printed, there is still no tracking info for the item even though it was ordered almost a month ago and supposedly shipped over three weeks ago. Based on this experience, I would not buy from this seller again.

I have still not received this order. I would not recommend this seller! The tracking number I received always said it was packing. I will not buy from this seller again.

Absolutely terrible service. After ordering, waited 3 weeks and had to contact to get a tracking number as none was available. Newegg had to contact, and they replied that they just hadn't shipped them yet, no reason given. I waited another 2 weeks and contacted Newegg again, now the seller replies that they are not in stock. Newegg website says in stock, 5-15 business days to deliver (they were coming from China). At no time did the seller or Newegg contact me to say they were out of stock. I will not be ordering this scanner again.

This may have been just a one-time thing, but my order got "lost in the mail". Customer service was very nice and reshipped the item. Good product for the money.

This is the first time I have left a bad review about a NEWEGG seller. after 2 weeks I sent the seller an email and they said the product was checked and ready for shipment. a week later no tracking info so I sent another email. 3 days later no reply. I have now filed a claim to be refunded and they are definitely on my list of "Not to ever buy from again" and they are the only one on my list.

Never received item, Seller did contact me saying it would be sent.... 3 WEEKS AFTER PROJECTED DELIVERY DATE... but still never arrived. Will never buy from seller again.

I ordered this cable on February 2, 2018, and paid $59 for International Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days). I received notification that my credit card was charged on February 6, 2018 and later in the day received order tracking information.

Newegg Customer service was contacted on Feb 13 and they e-mailed the seller. The seller reply was:
"Dear friend,
Hope you are all well, for the coming spring Festival,our office will be closed from Feb 13rd to 22nd,total 10 days holiday. We will be back on Feb 23rd and reply your email.
Thanks you are supports, hope you have a good day. Happy New Year to you and your family!"

it is now Feb 16 (8 business days after shipment), and I don't have the cable, not can I track the package..

The amplifier was simple to connect to speakers and the device playing audio. Great for the price. Just wish it came a little sooner.

delivered to wrong address. then newegg rep told me contact seller. i had to suggest newegg contact them because was newegg ordering that defaulted to my old address. product took a month to be delivered from china and then went to wrong address.

Based on my personal experience with out-of-country sellers, I consider most of them pretty bad. I've been lucky and received some decent items at low prices, but you do get what you pay for.

WRONG POWER CABLE, HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS TO GET THE RIGHT CABLE. 4/27/2017 7:07:52 AM
2 PRINTERS, BOTH OF THEM CAME WITH WRONG POWER CABLES.
CONTACT THE SELLER, WAS TOLD THEY WILL SHIP 2 CORRECT ONES, WAITED 2 WEEKS TO GET THE.
SELLER ASKED TO REMOVE THE CLAIM, BEFORE RIGHT POWER CABLES ARRIVE.
WASN'T ABLE TO USE THE PRINTERS, NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
