Grind settings for drip, espresso and French press, 418-cup selector, 8 oz. bean hopper and automatic shutoff
- THE GRINDER FOR CONSISTENT CUPS Step up from blade grinders without a commercial-grade investment. The flat burr mill crushes beans rather than chopping them, producing a uniform particle size that supports balanced extraction for a more balanced cup.
- BALANCED EXTRACTION Uniform particles mean more uniform extraction. Uneven blade chopping can lead to weak or bitter cups caused by a mix of fine grounds and chunks.
- BURR PRECISION Stainless steel flat burrs preserve oils and aroma while ensuring an even grind. Safety interlock system ensures the 500-watt heavy-duty motor will not run unless properly assembled for safe, daily use.
- 18 GRIND LEVELS FOR CUSTOM BREWING 18-position grind selector spans from ultra-fine for espresso to extra-coarse for a french press or cold brew. Adjustable slide dial selects 4 to 18 cups worth of grounds with automatic shutoff when the grinding cycle is complete
