Is ABS looking into why all of the customer reviews report that their units are hot and unstable ?

It's the Matrexx 50 case.  There is extreme limited airflow going from the side of the front panel, and then the 3 fans mounted in front of the metal mounts block most of the incoming air!  CPU at this caliber require lots of airflow when running hot. RTX 3080 GPU is OK.

Give you an example. Running a AAA title game for a minute and i9-10850K CPU gets to 91C.  Remove the front glass and my CPU temp drop to 68-71C within 5 minutes.  This Deepcool Matrexx 50 case is good only for regular use (non-gaming), or for i3 and i5 CPUs.  You can read the reviews of the case itself on its product page.

So I just have to remove the front glass when playing games and all's good.

Given that this comes with a 3080 equipped, do you also get a code for Watch Dogs: Legion?

I received my computer two days ago but never received the codes. Contacted support and they said that this one did not come with the free codes even though it specifically said it did when I purchased it. They then sent me a follow up that the promotion is no longer eligible because the supply was exhausted even though you can see on every single other pre-built computer that it still comes with these codes. Honestly its pretty upsetting even though the codes were only worth $60.

EVGA sent out a  letter stating that their production 3080 card had a maximum number of  4 POSCAPS seperated by 2 MLCC's, and from the reviews below I read that the delivered  3080  cards are EVGA cards: good job ABS! Will I be receiving a 3080 card with a similar configuration? Is this something you are looking at for your 3080 spec'd units?

That is correct, thanks Giovanni N for helping us out with this one. Nvidia did release their drivers to fix the stability issues that were going around with certain cards. Any card you receive will work out of the box. Thank you for your question
