How reliable is this PC because it is a prebuilt and I am a skeptic?

I received mine today, hooked it up and installed everything I wanted. Pretty quite while running, Have not noticed to much in the area of issues. It does run kind of slow when your trying to do multiple things at once i.e installing multiple programs running chrome and a few other things. That more to the lower end equipment in the computer which I plan on upgrading. Most of the stuff that needs to be upgraded is still available like the ram and the space of the sata. I do agree with the above answer, you can buy all the additional equipment to make it move and run faster with just a few extra bucks. I started the beginning of last year on a new build and then everything went blank in supply. My current started having issues so I figure get this as a temp until parts become available again then finish my build and upgrade this one in the process for my kids. Over all pretty happy with the purchase and the final product

Will 3200MHz DDR4 work in this computer?  It says 3000MHz but I don't see that option available to buy.
