Can you turn off all the lights?

You will need to install the “MSI Center” app as well as the option to install “Mystic Light”. Once installed, in the MSI Center app, under the “Features” tab, click on “Mystic Light”. There you can control the color and frequency as well as turn off the LED lights in your fans under the “LED Style” pull down menu.

are the fans loud? I mean when they spin do they generate noises or they are completely quiet, and even if you hear carefully it's very quiet.

I think so - There are some clips along the gap to the right of the motherboard that fit my SSD perfectly with holes for mounting screws.
