Hello, I just recently bought this prebuilt a couple months back and it is awesome. Just wondering if there is a way to change the rgb colors for the cpu fan and if so how do I do it? Thank you!!

Hello Richard!
Your CPU Fan RGB, may be connected via a red and black RGB wires/connectors to the motherboard RGB header or an RGB hub. If the RGB cables are connected, you should be able to control the lighting via RGB sync software. However, the Thermaltake Ux100 will stay at one default rainbow pattern, when not connected to an RGB sync header. The system came with RGB Fusion, the color settings do not change.  I did see a vid online showing the use of a remote, but there was no remote included in the box I got.  Was there supposed to be a remote?  If not, can I purchase one and will the remote actually allow control like RGB Fusion software does?

Which rgb colors are you trying to change? If it is the case fans, these are BLUE LED CASE FANS, NON RGB. If you'd like to change the cpu cooler RGB, you will need to make sure that the RGB connectors are connected to the Motherboard RGB header.
