That is what Brad Pitt asked, you don’t want to know! Really though a power cord, an hdmi cable, a few left overs from the  motherboard and video card boxes. Nothing that will take your head off.

This should run GTA smoothly but that also depends on the drivers, game connection, and whether its just campaign or multiplayer mode.

Yes, there are two SATA cables included for adding more storage. The area for adding HDDs is in the bottom next to the power supply. You have to open the opaque side of the tower to access it and there's a lot of tight cable management that you have to move out of the way.

Can you change the color of the led inside the pc?

Yes, there's a button on the top of the tower that cycles through RGB settings for the lights inside the case.
