you need a usb flash drive with at least 8gb of free storage and beware because EVERYTHING ON THE DRIVE WILL BE DELETED. just go online on a different computer and search up windows 10/11 download and click the first link. scroll down to where it says create installation media, plug in your usb, and start the download. after it downloads the windows install will be on the drive, so you can plug it into the pc you want to reinstall on, and follow the setup guide to install windows. if you want just search up a tutorial on youtube, this is just a basic start to the process.
