i was wondering what the cpu air fan was (its name) and what program do i need to change the rgb color on it?

From a review, "CPU cooler is Thermaltake, and is not wired to the light controller that the case fans are." If this is true my first guess would be to try TT RGB PLUS to control the fan. I am still waiting for my system to ship, otherwise I would try it myself. Hope this helps.

Anyone know the exact motherboard and RAM in this PC? Is it 3200 Mhz? It's not listed anywhere.

GIGABYTE B365M DS3H which is a Vendor Specific ABS board, this mode has OLOy 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) included but XMP profile will not be enabled. This will have the memory running at 2133mhz.

How is the heatsink on the cpu? (last computer i bought I had to upgrade the sink immediately, because it shut off due to overheat)

This model includes the ThermalTake UX100. This CPU fan passes our requirements for casual gaming and media creation.  This cpu fan is not meant for overclocking.
