It appears to have 4 slots for ram.  but buying a matched set of ram would be the best way.  so, my question is why did they leave 2 empty slots, when they should have put 4 8 gig sticks., empty slots slow the system down actually

The weight of our PCs can vary depending on the build, this particular build is around 30-40 lbs roughly. The RTX 3090 GPUs are quite heavy, most between 6-8 lbs.

Because this is sold and shipped by newegg themselves does that cover you for evga 3090 to have the 3 year warranty. And can you upgrade that 3090's warranty to 10 years? Or does it not count as a authorized seller for the evga 3090 card?

The GPU you receive in the ABS machine, should have it's physical serial number on the GPU itself. Most manufacturers will only require the serial number to register your product to your account and fulfill warranty. However, there are very few manufacturers that will require the retail packaging, as well as serial number information and sometimes, even additional info. In those cases, you will not be able to extend or register your product for warranty, as you do not get retail packaging for components with any pre-built PCs.
