This unit specs an ATX Z390 Motherboard. Due to supply constraints, we may use other brand of motherboards of the same tier. Like the above answers we have used ASROCK Phantom Gaming 4S/AC and Gigabyte Z390 UD. By the way, 2070 Supers models have been discontinued.

it has 2 8GB of RAM but the actual speed of the RAM is 2400MHz (for me it was)

is it normal when i start the computer there is only CPU fan was working. the rare fan and 3 front fans were not working. if it is abnormal, how could i fix it??

Hello Dylan, I suggest always plugging directly into the ethernet port, Wifi should be the last resort for a PC. If Wifi is your only option, this includes a TP-LINK TL-WN725N  adapter. There are a lot of factors into getting the best speed, i recommend looking into getting the PC hardwired into your network for the best possible connection. Thank you for your question!

can you control the lights on the cpu cooler? if so, how?

There is a button on the top that controls the front and the rear fans, But  the deep cool CPU cooler is controlled by the setting
