Corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU Cooler would it fit and work? its 240mm

Thanks for your question, the Rosewill Spectra D100 can top mount or front mount a 240MM AIO. If you do decide to upgrade the RAM later, make sure to pay attention to the clearances as some AIO will interfere with the RAM clearance if the heatsinks are too tall.

OLOy 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Desktop Memory Model ND4U0830160BB1DS. might not be able to find the same model number as it is specific to ABS. But there should be a very similar retail model available.
