there should be Intake fans on front of case, as well as exhaust fan and CPU Cooler fan. However, you are free to install additional fans or swap out the fans in this PC. be sure to hold on the components that you swap out, to reinstall in case you need to fill a warranty claim. Although, ABS Technical Support team is pretty cool, and will probably make an exception for small thing like that!

can I change the rgb coloring on the front?

The RGB fans in your case, are pre-installed with the case itself, and are usually self controlled, via the RGB/LED button on top/front of the case. Some RGB fans and fan hubs, do have motherboard sync options, but not all motherboards have RGB sync.
