Wonder if fans are loud when PC is working harder?

I have this PC located on the wood floor under my desk, right at my feet.  I generally don’t tax the system too hard, but have never found it to be loud at all.  Generally, I don’t even notice it.

where is the windows activation key located?

There's no key on the Chassis itself, the key is supposed to be in a data table on the UEFI bios, however - my unit did not come with the ability to properly activate, and i'm currently working with support to fix the problem.
