Why is there no option for 16GB of ram instead of 8gb?

it may be a good thing that there isn't one. i tried to get some support that I thought was ABS but it was a newegg low level support. that guy gave me neweggs number to call for a higher tier support who couldn't help me either. seems you can't upgrade the ram to a higher faster ram. I was told the 2666 was the only ram you could use in it. I wanted 32GB but it all seems fruitless! I made a mistake buying this and other equipment as well, I thought I could make it work for me, a terrible lesson I have learned, just build your own, don't waste your money!
