    BEFORE ORDERING

    Match rack width, available height, category and termination scheme. Use suitable cable and follow the panel wiring instructions. Patch cords and termination tools are separate.

    The Ortronics SP6U48 TechChoice patch panel provides 48 Category 6 ports in a black, flat panel for a 19-inch network rack. The standard-density panel occupies two rack units and uses six-port modules to organize copper network connections.


    Universal T568A/T568B wiring labels support a consistent termination scheme, and the rear connections accept standard termination with a 110-impact tool. The panel is designed for unshielded cabling and complies with TIA-568.2-D.


    Use the SP6U48 as a central termination point in a compatible structured-cabling installation. Its 19-inch width and 3.5-inch height fit a 2U rack position. Patch cords, horizontal cable and termination tools are separate installation components.
