No sorry  it doesn't but it has been an excellent 2nd monitor for me and thankfully it lined up my computer.

how long is the power cord? my power supply is opposite the side the connection is on the back and id like to make sure i have enough length without having to buy a longer cord

It is a standard cord, that can be easily swapped with the power cord of any desktop computer.  If I had to guess, I would say it was 5 or 6 feet long.

2.5 Inches from the table top

I just bought this and had to order a VGA to HDMI cable since the computer I am using it for does not have HDMI. It is not working. Is this monitor not capable with VGA?

This monitor does not support VGA input. It only supports DVI, HDMI, and DisplayPort inputs.

I'm not sure about this one, but I have the Awidpx version (almost identical) and it does have a 3.5mm output jack even though it's not listed in the NewEgg specs.
