Does this computer come with windows pre installed?

Hi, it's not a "laptop computer" meaning it does not use Windows operating system. It's a chromebook wich comes with its own operating system.  It is just like a laptop computer if not better.  Yea, it does everything a laptop computer does, but instead of saving to your computer, you save to the Goggle Drive (Google's version of the iCloud).  No worries, you'll be happy

Is the RAM 2 or above???

The RAM is 2 GB.  I love this computer, especially taking the low price in to consideration. With that being said, please note that neither Windows nor Mac Os software can be installed, so downloading software and the like isn't an option unless you install Ubuntu through Crouton since Chrome Os is based off of Linux. Chrome apps, extensions, and themes can be downloaded, and this machine is automatically "immune" to viruses.  I hope this helps!

can software be downloaded off the internet and can I print coupons with the laptop?

No and yes.  A Chromebook only apps that you get from the Google Play store, and anything you can access on the web.  You can access many coupon sites from the browser, but if it requires a separate program, it won't work.  You can print out anything from the Chromebook if you have a printer hooked up to your existing local area network.

Does this product have a built in camera for video capture and conferencing?

Yes. Although I haven't used it yet. Not sure how well it works. The unit is great overall though. Even still had the 100gb Google Drive offer intact.

Does this product have dents or scratches of any kind or does it appear to be new?

Mine came through in excellent shape.  Absolutely nothing on it to indicate this wasn't a fresh out of the box item.

how much does it weigh? how easy is it to carry around/travel with?

I'm not sure how much it weighs. I will tell you that it is lighter than the iPads with cases we use at school. So far it has been a great tool for my classes. If I wasn't older and preferred a larger screen, I would use this for my laptop. VERY LIGHT!!!!
