no, it doesn't. If you are wanting a hard drive, this is probably not the computer for you as cloud based computing emphases is on running programs from the cloud and storing you.r data there as well

Yes, 2 is plenty if you are just doing chrome os stuff. I personally got the 4 gigs because I also run Ubuntu and play some steam games for linux. If you are interested in that then the 4 gig is worth the extra cost. You can find instructions on how to put Ubuntu or other versions of linux on a chromebook online by search.

It has a built in webcam. You can use video camera apps such as Google Hangouts seamlessly.

However to use Skype is not simple. You should google how to use skype on a chromebook.

As of this answer, newegg does not carry this specific Acer in granite grey. It does exist in that color but newegg does not have it.

Specifically the 11.6" 4GB Memory 32 GB SSD Touchscreen.

I looked and looked for a grey one but the ones I found were much more expensive or unavailable. So unfortunately, if you want these particular specs (which I did), it's gotta be white.
