Great laptop, no problems... the only complaint is that the touchpad requires a two finger scroll, but that's pretty minor...other than that a good buy..

not likely since this lappy is aimed at home users not businesses.

You could buy a Win7 pro license and install it.  The drivers are all on Acer support site.
