i want to know whether this laptop is 32 bit or 64 bit?

The laptop is 64 bit. Some advice on future purchases, anytime you see a pc or laptop with more than 4 gigs of ram, it means it 15000% means it's 64 bit. Because 32 bit pc's cannot run above 3.7 gigs of ram . Hope that helps!

Will this computer be able to game casually: LoL, WoW, ect on not benchmark but medium/high settings comfortably?

I'm not sure about World of Warcraft because I do not play that game and do not know what requirements it needs.  However it should be able to run that game on low setting at least.

I have Diablo III installed on it at the moment and it runs it very well on high settings getting 60fps. League of Legends in my opinion is a less demanding game so it should also be able to play league on medium / high settings comfortably.

I am a graphic design student and purchased this laptop to mainly run my design software with a bonus of playing some video games casually.  So far it does a fantastic job accommodating me on those needs.

Can you downgrade to windows 7 at the time of order?

You could downgrade to Windows xp if you really wanted to but the in convenience for you probably won't be worth it. I'm sure that by this point any manufacturer will not support win 7 drivers and applications. You could try to reformat the drive, install 7 then install acer specific win 8 drivers and force them into compatibility maybe? To be honest with you, if you want windows 7 you could try windows 8.1, get classicshell and have the benefit of it being windows 8.1 with 7 functionality. Alternatively, upgrade to 10 in a few months, hope this answer helps.

I don't have the exact weight.  But it is not an Ultra-book.  However, I don't think it is noticeably heavier than any other laptop in its class.  It feels pretty average.

Yes this computer like all computers does come with bloatware/unwanted apps. It took me about 20 minutes to uninstall all of it but the amount of unwanted apps depents on the user and what they deem useful or not.

According to multiple websites it IS a dual-band wireless card.

I have not used it on a 5GHZ wifi line yet, but according to what I read, it looks like YES it do have 5GHZ capabilities.

I've owned this laptop for a month or so now and my WiFi connection speed is simply terrible and inconsistent. It won't be able to even load Google for periods of 5 minutes. Is this due to the wireless card or could there possibly be an issue with the laptop?

HI , i have had no connection problems at all. Laptop speed is faster because processor can move things faster . your internet provider may be jerking your line speed because of not enough bandwidth
