How is the sound on this laptop? And clarity of the screen? And thank you for helping out this hardware-challenged user, I've been told to get a 64 bit OS. Does this laptop have at least that high an OS?

I bought this for virtual video calls, so I thought the sound was more than adequate for this purpose. I have not listened to music on it yet. I find the screen to be very clear, no lagging between video and sound. It's listed as windows 11 home, so I believe that is the 32bit OS, but I can't be certain. For the sale price, this has been a great laptop so far!
