Is Windows 10 pre-installed on it ?

No - I believe Windows 8.1 was installed (it was either 8 or 8.1).  I installed Windows 10 immediately upon booting it up and that process took 2 hours, tops.

Free upgrade to Windows 10?

Acer told me this machine does not include a free upgrade to Win 10 after I had contact them about Win 10 not activating. But after another attempt, completely resetting to 8.1 and then updating to 10, it was activated. YMMV but don't expect it to work

Is the OS on the SSD?

Yes, OS on SSD.
I used a ghosting program to copy any image of it to the 1TB.
BTW, although the OS on the SSD is full of crapware, it was easy to remove.

Question 4

How do the speakers sound on this? Are they on the underside of the laptop?

Yes they are on the bottom.  they sound ok if your pc in on a hard surface.  i have problems with netflix b/c of the poor sound quailty from netflix.  otherwise it is decent.  depending on what you are doing, you may want to get some ear buds just in case.  if you are lloking for hig qualoty speakers, i would not get this.  i would rate this 5/10 for speaker quality.  decent but nothing great.

Does the 128GB SSD come integrated with the 1TB HDD, or is it a separate drive? Can you access both drives individually in the filesystem?

When you open "my computer" they are listed as two separate drives. Thus you can open them separately.

Have the wifi issues been fixed at all?

Funny you should ask this today.  I have never had any problems with my wifi in the six months I have had this computer until this morning.  It has crapped out twice on me today.  I have done a complete shutdown and reboot and it seems to be working now.  Let's hope this isn't the start of something.

Are the hard drives and the RAM easily replaceable?

Define easy. There is no access from the bottom, the laptop is, more or less, inserted into the bottom and covered with the keyboard and bezel. Remove the keyboard and bezel and then RAM and hard drive is easily replaceable.

Question 8

Has anyone else had Wi-Fi connectivity problems? The Wi-Fi connectivity is super shoddy, and its not a problem with my service provider as that is working beautifully. I read this is a common problem with this laptop. Anyone else experience this/ know any solutions? (Drivers are up to date.)

I have not experienced any WiFi issues with this laptop, however it is possible that your WiFi hardware has a problem. I would test by using a different WiFi router in your place, or a different laptop with your current router, or your laptop at a different location such as a public hotspot

Does it include bluetooth? (Not indicated in specs.)

Yes.  I had to check since I had not used it before but it does have Bluetooth (or it and my Windows phone are both excellent liars)

Does this product have inbult microphone and speakers? Can I talk on it through Skype without a headset?
