Hey there i was wondering if this thing has a CD drive?... a way to play or download off a disc. Thank you so much!

Don't buy this.  There is a known issue with Acer switch 10 power button.  I bought first one, which broke down after 2 months.  I sent it back to repair.  While waiting, I bought the second one to try my luck but it broke down after a week.  They had exactly the same problem - the power button stopped working.  Most refurbished laptops work fine and this is my first time had serious problems with Acer.  I heard many bad stories about Acer before I bought these.  Now I understand why.

Question 2

Can anyone who has bought this refurb version confirm if it comes with the Office Home & Student certificate?

Mine came with a cardboard card about the size of a cd enclosure which reads: Included Microsoft Products:
Windows 8 Small Screen Touch with Office Home & Student 2013 "

Also, on the card, it has the sticker that is customarily stuck onto the back side of a laptop computer which contains the Product key.
Mine has the Acer Group name along with Microsoft's name which Microsoft is preprinted on the sticker.

Question 3

Does this computer have adequate memory for solid graphic downloads?  Does the existing software-windows 8.1 and Word comsume a large percentage of it?

I have not install anything on the tablet and still have 15GB left on my hard drive.  I have not activate MS office so I would not know how much more space you need to activate.

Remember you a have memory slot on the tablet that can store up to 128GB.  Plus, you have USB on the keyboard dock that can add more space.

I use my as a tablet mostly and love it.  I already have android tablet, but I want something more versatile with Windows 8.

Battery life is not the greatest, because Windows sleep mode still drain battery more than android.  Couple hours of watching video will bring batter down to around 60%

Mine didn't.  You have to subscribe to 360? It also does not come with the 500gb HDD that the newer models have.

Is this good for  games and I mean the complicated games?

No maybe simple flash games.Not much storage. Not very good graphics
