It's hard to know the actual minimum, as it depends on how many PCIe lances you have active and at what speeds. I will assume 16 lanes at Gen4 speed is the standard benchmark.  Acer suggests pairing it with a 650W PSU. TechPowerUp states, "The Acer Arc A770 16GB graphics card has a Total Board Power (TBP) of 225W" and suggest a 550W PSU pairing.
